Bug Catching Help

Two days ago I trimmed and tied a couple of cherry tomato plants that were getting adventuresome.  This morning I discovered evidence of a gardener helper.

Not to be outdone, my daughter Emily just sent me a picture of a real spider from her garden.  I would never venture near that monster.  Spider baby, those tomato plants are your domain.

  1. I love how you call the spider a garden helper. I am terrified of snakes and every time I see one I breathe deeply and remind myself that they're good for the garden.

  2. Thanks for stopping by George. I do love getting up early, for me, this morning it was 6 a.m. I sleep in now that we are retired. We used to be up by 5. This morning it was so foggy that I could not see the barn, not 30 yds. away.
As for those webs, I must say, they are arty weavers, aren't they. Have an absolutely wonderful day. The mornings and evenings are beginning to have a chill about them.
